I recently stayed at Snood Al Azama in Makkah, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay, including the broken floor, bathroom, lack of room service, and absence of WiFi.
First and foremost, the condition of the hotel room was subpar. The floor was in a terrible state, with several broken tiles and uneven surfaces. It was not only unappealing to look at, but it also posed a safety hazard, as I stumbled multiple times while walking around the room.
The bathroom was also in a poor state. The shower was not functioning properly, with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature. The sink was clogged, and the toilet had a leak, causing water to constantly drip on the floor, making the bathroom unpleasant and unhygienic to use.
To add to my disappointment, there was no room service available during my stay. Moreover, the lack of WiFi was a major inconvenience. As a traveler, I rely on WiFi for communication, online research, and staying connected with my loved ones. However, the hotel failed to provide a stable and reliable WiFi connection throughout my stay, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.
As a guest, I expected a basic level of comfort and amenities, which were clearly lacking at Snood Al Azama in Makkah. The broken floor, bathroom issues, lack of room service, and absence of WiFi were major disappointments that marred my overall experience.
I hope that the hotel management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improves the quality of their services to ensure a better experience for future guests. Until then, I would not recommend Snood Al Azama for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Makkah.
