The hotel is very well maintained and very tech-savy. The ladies at the counter are very humble and polite. Also, would try to resolve your issues without being rude or arrogant. Secondly, the facilities like electric kettle and iron are cherry on top.

I advise you never to stay in this hotel!!! When I booked the hotel online, I mentioned that there are two adults and two children And when I was given the room it had two single beds Then I was told we will give you small children's beds۔The kids were very tired of waiting and then they said we don't have service available yet Due to their zero service we faced extreme problem

We lived there for 6 days. The overall stay was below average . No one bothered to clean the room inspite of multiple calls and reminders at reception. I even asked the housekeeping staff on my floor but they simply ignored me. We had to request them multiple times to get toiletries and refills. The breakfast menu was nearly the same everyday with limited options. The shuttle bus service was fair. Being an IHG hotel, the management should work together carefully and meet the expectations of people. 😒

I had a fantastic experience at Makkah Al Aziziah. The hotel staff Ahad exhibited exceptional hospitality. She was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The staff’s friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests created a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the visit. Thank you Ahad for all your help and hospitality!!

Stayed at room 1715 8 nights From the second night faced unacceptable situations reflect the level of the hotel management emplyees ( should be trained as they are low skill low will degree ) The hotel name should by ( Holiday inn low skill management ). Shuttle bus not worked up to the verbal schedule and not reported to the guest when they are facing trip cancelation after Isha pray, yet this caused a crowd ( above 40 persons vs 24 seats coaster bus ) accordingly the guests start to jump on each one and thanks to God no victims are injured ) ( victims refer to us ) Why didn't the management inform the guests with trip cancelation. Why they didn't provide the basic task ( Plan B as an alternative to be proactive. Why the management missing the daily crm reports ( task completed review ) Same bad management incident happened on last 24th Jan 2024 ( when went to breakfast and found the heated oven plate and tea water boiler are switched off due to sudden electric cut. The electric back average 3:30 pm ( almost 8 hours ) We can say it happens somewhere. But What is the basic task in the management operation book. ( crisis management - in case if ... ) Some positive gestures provided by fb team at the lobby The negative part is the management attitude and response level ( arrogant - ignorance hotel manager level - called lotfy ) In case the emergency part is missing I have to say the executive chef spirit to help the guest with a professional manner is better than the rest of the negative board. The wireless wifi coverage out for 2 days in order on my floor only Reported several times without response till I met ( lotfy )again at 10:30 p.m., who was reported and ignored as usual. However it is good wifi. HK service is not available everyday. The hotel breakfast is good with good quality of backery @holidayinn @crownplaza @IHG
