I enjoyed my stay as the room was perfectly clean and comfy. However, there were two things I didn't like.
1. It is the very first 5-star hotel I have been to with no espresso machine. instead, they provide you with the cheapest type of coffee that is Nescafe... 3 instant coffee sachets). This is outrageous.
2. Very limited parking area. You feel lucky when you find a spot. (No underground parking area)
With that being said it's way better than Hilton hotel and residences.

Food was excellent and chefs were very accommodative to customize room service meals. Aircon in rooms was surprisingly poor. Buffet breakfast was stock. Executive floor needs serious help as far as size, seating and eating facilities as well as food choice (but served food was good). Staff was very attentive, especially room service staff.

Great service
I am updating this review on May 30, 2022. A certain seating area right behind the coffee bar in the lobby has two couches WITHOUT any seating cushions. This is quite recent, since previously there were proper couches with proper cushions.
I made a remarks on this issue several times, the last one being today when one of the managers came to hear me out.
He said that he does not promise anything, but he will relay the remarks to the F&B manager.
Please fix ASAP... You are an international brand with very high standards... The couches are TERRIBLE to sit on and very UNCOMFORTABLE. In fact these are the ONLY uncomfortable pair of couches in the whole lobby... Why???
I have been your loyal customer for many years... However this is unacceptable.
Please fix.

Clean and comfy.. I can guarantee that this is the best place.. only the reception has a little problem we encountered by giving us room where the previous tenant are not checked out yet.. but it was settled quickly..it was a great experience anyway,(barging in the room when someone you didn't know was sleeping, ??)
