Worn out hotel, the staff is really nice but the WiFi kept cutting, one night it was off and that is horrible as I’m traveling for work, one room the heating didn’t work and they moved me to another room after multiple complaints. They kept getting breakfast wrong and a simple task of taking a breakfast order turns into multiple calls.

Internet was a bit of an issue and airport pick up was late. The management quickly fixed everything, offered me an alternative solution for the Internet and complimentary airport drop off. Rooms are clean, spacious and efficient. Sports facilities are great, with large gym and indoor pool. The food is quite a high standard. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Overall, the best value for money and one of the best hotels in Riyadh.

Had my wedding there atIbn Salman Hall, superior service. The event superior Summer was very hopeful and made my wedding experience as if I was a guest.
