The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the whole hotel and its facilities could use a bit of modernisation to make it more appealing to the XXI century guest. Having said that, the location is really convenient and its staff are completely extraordinary. I couldn't go without giving great shoutout to Mustafa, Varghese and Nawaf (sales, events and banquets), also to Adeel (technician/engineer) who went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect, Khaled from Reception, Muhammed and the rest of the breakfast team, and kind Yasin at the entrance. Rakan from Reception, on the other hand, could be a bit more friendly.

One of the oldest and finest hotels in Riyadh. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, staff is very friendly, food is amazing, and the hotel premises is quite decent. They have 2 restaurants onsite one being Italian. They also have ample parking onsite. The hotel is a 45-60 minute drive from/to the RUH airport.

Very nice place to meet for work. It is my second office. I used to do my key meetings in it. It is close to every thing.

This created a calm and peaceful ambiance, allowing me to unwind after a busy day of work. In addition to its strategic location, Sheraton Riyadh provided excellent amenities and services. The comfortable and well-appointed rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere, conducive to rest and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
