It’s really nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Best you can get in Medina. I give it 4 stars because there was leftover juice from previous customer in our fridge which means staff is overwhelmed.
If there are many people simply hire more staff or take less bookings.

Great hotel very close to the mosque. Hotel staff is very nice and hospitable people, breakfast is great as well. Only issue was the elevators are either not working or way too slow so make sure to get up earlier if you want to make it on time

My stay at this hotel was great as the location is very convenient with steps away from the mosque and shops, the service was also very accommodating as they responded to all of my needs straight away. The hotel prioritizes cleanliness and respect providing a tremendous experience.

Stayed there no night during one of the busiest time. Best hotel experience simpley because the management care about guest comfort. From the ladies at check in to room service to other staff they all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Location is great and loads of food places near by. There breakfast was excellent as well. If you are planning a trip to Madinah I would highly recommend this hotel. I would go again for sure.

1. To start with it was implied while booking that there is a free parking but SAR 150 being charged when went there
2. Check-in process was good @ 7:30PM. however when i reached the room, door lock card was not working. Although room was good. When complained they kept on changing the cards but nothing was working.
3. After 4.5 hours midnight 12:30 they offered me replacement room which was very very dirty. on complaint they offered me other 4 rooms but all were not matching to the one i booked. all are dirty.
4. Finally i have to adjust to a room even though it was not good. Because me and my family with 2 kids were exhausted.
5. Because of this experience, we could not have enough sleep and proper rest.
I never had such bad experience in any previous 5 * hotels
