Making its debut in 2022, the Shangri-La Jeddah Hotel is the first chain from the Shangri-La Group of luxury hotels and resorts in Saudi Arabia.
Located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea, Shangri-La Jeddah features 203 elegant rooms and suites and 17 luxury serviced apartments.
Once you step inside the hotel, you will notice that the interiors and décors reflect the beauty of the blue sea and sandy beaches outside the property.
All rooms and suites have an air-conditioner, desk, flat-screen TV, fridge, minibar, and safety deposit box. They also feature floor-to-ceiling windows with a patio and a bathroom with a bidet.
Many rooms come with sea views, which can be viewed from an elegantly-designed balcony. Some rooms also feature views of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Jeddah Corniche Circuit
The Shangri-La Jeddah room prices include free use of the hotel swimming pool located on the hotel’s seventh floor, which overlooks the Red Sea.
Children have their own dedicated kid’s pool as well as supervised indoor and outdoor play areas.
If you want to de-stress and relax, head to the spa, where you can pamper yourself with your choice of massage. You can also unwind at the jacuzzi, sauna, or Hammam.

I want for a breakfast with friends , the location was great food was good, but services was not pleasant at all ( I did ordered 3 order non came until the time were the restaurant will close I did asked 2 waiters one of them said ok and never showed up the 2nd brought the order after a while and they asked us to pay the amount with no compensation ) I think a hotel like this should have a better services ??

Hotel good, luckily I have my heater with me… it’s cold as f… even at 25c setting. It stays at 20…. Or even goes down. So I need to turn off the air one. And let the heater runs. A lot better.

I have stayed in some Shangri-La hotels before, and I know their standards are high. The Shangri-La Jeddah didn't disappoint me. The rooms and common areas were both stylish and comfortable. I loved that the rooms had balconies. The bathrooms had options for both shower and bathtub. The mini bar, a large Nespresso machine, and different teas were a nice touch. The location was both central and quiet. The variety of breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Now, let's talk about the things I didn't like: Actually, there was only one thing that bothered me. I mentioned that breakfast was an open buffet. But you can only order omelets at the table. Despite there being many staff around, you can only give this order to one specific waiter. Sometimes, it takes half an hour for the waiter to take the order, and then another 20 minutes for the order to arrive. So if you want to have an omelet for breakfast, you have to set aside an hour and a half for this. I recommend they do something about this.

I attended the meeting room, and it was a commendable experience in terms of facilities, location, and also an excellent equipment team. I highly recommend dealing with a person called Ahmed Rajeh. Surely your request will be dealt with professionally if it is in Ahmed’s hands.

Very bad experience from the room mattress and the room cleaning to the room service and customer service over all very bad experience no follow up what so ever. No body deserve to go such experience with the premium they expect us to pay. Bed & breakfast can do better.
