Making its debut in 2022, the Shangri-La Jeddah Hotel is the first chain from the Shangri-La Group of luxury hotels and resorts in Saudi Arabia.
Located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea, Shangri-La Jeddah features 203 elegant rooms and suites and 17 luxury serviced apartments.
Once you step inside the hotel, you will notice that the interiors and décors reflect the beauty of the blue sea and sandy beaches outside the property.
All rooms and suites have an air-conditioner, desk, flat-screen TV, fridge, minibar, and safety deposit box. They also feature floor-to-ceiling windows with a patio and a bathroom with a bidet.
Many rooms come with sea views, which can be viewed from an elegantly-designed balcony. Some rooms also feature views of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Jeddah Corniche Circuit
The Shangri-La Jeddah room prices include free use of the hotel swimming pool located on the hotel’s seventh floor, which overlooks the Red Sea.
Children have their own dedicated kid’s pool as well as supervised indoor and outdoor play areas.
If you want to de-stress and relax, head to the spa, where you can pamper yourself with your choice of massage. You can also unwind at the jacuzzi, sauna, or Hammam.

I had an amazing experience..
Sara Yousf going extra mile to make sure guests have an amazing experience. Her knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations for restaurants and attractions,, If anyone is looking for a top-notch hotel experience, Sara is definitely the person to go to! ??

Actually it was the best hotel… I love hotels at Middle East more then around the world for them kind of hospitality… amazing breakfast buffet, personal are fluently in English(not only reception)
Rooms having all setups, no need to ask anything

The respetionest ,, miss Ruba ,, was very elegent and woerful lady she recept me with beutiful and humble smile , I asked her to go to the restaurant, and when I entered the restaurant, it was very, very nice, and the service, especially from ,, Abdul Aziz, is beautiful, and the service is confused, pass it over what you imagine ،،
But Unless his name is,, Yash,,,,,, The Indian, ask for something , even He didn‘t smile,like i didn‘t care about guest , and I asked something from him as if by request from his own pocket, and then send his friends ..
The real thing is that changed my mood abdul Aziz ,, I was very pleased with him.
In general, the hotel is beautiful and Nice, Just please you can choose the type of staff that suits Abdulaziz from the restaurant and ,, Ruba ,, from the reception

While i was much looking forward to stay at the hotel. We had an unpleasant incident with the staff .
We ordered food delivery to the hotel, and they didn’t allow anyone to bring it to our room the driver nor the concierge .It was 12 am feeling tired and exhausted after a long day and I was forced to go outside the lobby just to pick my food.
It’s unpleasant nor acceptable for a guest who just want to relax and enjoy their stay at any decent expensive hotel.
The experience will not be repeated, and I will not recommend it to others.
