Staff are very friendly. There is bus shuttle will take you to the Jarwal tunnel than you have to walk about 10 minutes tunnel has AC.
Wifi is only working in the lobby.
If you need something hard to get it.

It's 3 star hotel in Mecca but it's really deserve to be your choice to stay .
It's location near from Haram ( about 20 minutes walking ) but the hotel provide free transportation to and from Haram everey 30 minutes
It's very nice place in compare with the price, convenient room , clean and good services.
One of the disadvantage is car park is not available so it's so difficult to find place for your own car .
But generally it's a recommended place ??
