Didnt like the place atall
Paid for the place but to be honestly didnt feel like staying over there a min. The room was not clean . Water was stopping at places and leaking

Overall this place is very close to Haram and it is cheap. The rooms are not very clean and the lift doesn't work properly.. There is no service to the rooms. Moreover, I found the receptionist very rude..
If you want to spend most of your time in Haram then this place is worth it as you can get the room in this place and come here to rest only..

Good option as per the distance to haram against its price nowadays.
Not suitable for old people.
No parking, i took violation 100 SAR to park outside it and 115 SAR to return my car from car seizure

Would not recommend this place, the lack of investment is evident from all the poor reviews and staying there. Stayed here with my family for 4-5 nights we booked a family room first they gave us a room on the first floor which was infested with flies, they gave us a spray to kill them which didn’t work so moved us up to floor 2. No room service to the room, and the key card did not work, the receptionist blamed and shouted at us before changing the batteries on the latch on the third day. Not very comfortable and very dated furniture and bathrooms.
