Very unprofessional staff recieptionist called ayman was very rude and not helpfull at all. The bathrooms smelly and they dont clean it. The water cut several times in different rooms .

Very bad hotel; they cancelled my reservation before the arrival time given to them in advance. The receptionist was totally unprofessional while talking to me as a customer and he is irresponsible and there was no duty manager.

This is hotel is the worst one that I ever seen in my life. The Staff are terrible and front desk guys were worst, disrespectful and indifferent i went with family and they have no consideration. The rooms are worst quality.AC are so old and the hand locks are broken. The beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location...only reason to booked because is closed to the Haram. .otherwise guys don't book this hotel at nawazi Al Tawsea ..even the wifi is worst so slowly. And the stores are so far.

Staff are very friendly. There is bus shuttle will take you to the Jarwal tunnel than you have to walk about 10 minutes tunnel has AC.
Wifi is only working in the lobby.
If you need something hard to get it.
