Hotel coldition is old and lift is pathatic.
Hotel location is near to Haram king fahad extension around 10-12minutes walk to haram.
No facilities for canteen, mart and car parking near this hotel.
I got a trafic ticket fine on parking outside of hotel while check in period only. Dont park or leave your car outside of hotel even for check in period only.

A very large room for a twin bed booking, up to a certain level satisfactorily clean comfy beds, blasting air con, shower room was old fashioned, no curtain but works toilet was clean. Management takes a quick action if you ask for help, hotel is a bit classy need upgrade. 0.70 miles from the Haram takes a good 15 minutes including walking through a small hill, good food restaurant opposite the road.

Nice people at reception very kind and they have very good understanding, the hotel have all facilities available only small challenge with the wifi

Room had flies in as soon as we went in. The chap who was sent up to deal with it proceeded to just spray fly killer all over the room. Plug sockets did not work.
Also, the card to open the door did not work on multiple occasions. Complained multiple times until one of them spoke with us rudely and got angry. They finally decided to change the batteries on the handle.
You get what you pay for, I guess. If you can put up with minor stuff like this, and just need a place to stay, it’s okay I guess. Otherwise, stay away, in my opinion.

Very bad experience, the reception person is very unprofessional and no respect for clients. AC was not working and no water in WC and at the same time they are not ready to rectify the problems. No response to any problems. It's my humble request please away from this hotel. Otherwise you can't sleep and not able to perform your prayers properly. I seen the other people inside the hotel with same problems. Please keep in your mind these practical experience when you click on this property.
