Dalal (best receptionist)
I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel where I was greeted by an exceptional receptionist named Dalal. From the moment I arrived, Dalal's professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued. She provided outstanding service, addressing all my needs and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for guests truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Dalal for her exceptional performance. Thank you, Dalal, for an outstanding experience!

I hated that I HAD to use the valet service and can't park my own car by myself like all other hotels. The noise that comes from the junction and car horns is unbelievable. The hotel's location is superb, but everyone knows how noisy it gets at a traffic light in Riyadh. Why are the windows not sound or noise proof? Otherwise, the hotel is mediocre and over hyped.

Stayed here for a business trip since the usual hotels were booked out.
Can’t really recommend:
- low service level: concierge charged me extra for minibar even though I told him twice that I didn’t take anything (only noticed this after leaving)
- had to request the bill to be printed
- gym only opens at 10
- Rooms are ok

This hotel is super luxurious. Rooms are clean, tidy and super equipped. Staff are amazing and super friendly. Had the best time ever there. Will definitely book here every time I am in Riyadh.

Fancy hotel. Conference hall and rooms as well as parties and occasion office. Nice buffet restaurants. This hotel took best luxury hotel in the world prize for 4 times in raw. 2014 and 15 , 16 ,17.
