Very poor service, got to wait more than 30 minutes to get the car to the entrance door. Would rather have parked it my-self than spend this wait time! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL.

Female guests of the hotel be warned: you may get the impression from the website that the hotel has a pool, you may even select said hotel based on the presence of said pool, you may even see ads in the hotel lobby, and the elevator for the lovely looking pool, however, it is for MEN ONLY. There’s no pool for women, there are no women only hours. If this is the way things are done, so be it, but the hotel website and related ads create the impression that the pool is for ALL guests, not only the male ones.

Never again, nothing 5 star about this. Boudl is much better! What an absolute waste of money. I am so disappointed. The interior is awful- looks like one of those weird dreams you have if you fall asleep in the afternoon. No one answers the call at reception when you call- nor do they call back?! I won’t be staying again, it is simply not worth it. Dark, dingy interiors just exacerbates feelings of depression, the whole place is soo gloomy. No decent light for make up anywhere. I am still in shock at the price I paid and the service I received.
Please save your money and go elsewhere!

It was the worse experience ever I have ever had it in my life. The hotel Valet made an accident in my car. They brought the traffic police and made a report.
As it it is a rental car, they have to declare their responsibilities to the accident to the car owner or at least to me. I am still using the car now and paying for the renal thought it is injured. The Valet manager practically along with the hotel manager keep delaying and throwing me left and right whenever I call or text them. My friend and I both are shocked how unhuman and the irresponsible attitude through the hotel management. I have all prove with me.
I with my US friend that he came for a vacation was very shocked and had awful experience staying at this hotel. Such behavior from the hotel management, will surely affect the tourism in the country.

From where to start?
It is sad to have a beautiful hotel like this with a poor service and a serious cleanness problem! I had to go to the front dress to complain about it. They never clean the bathroom floor: every day I found tissues I have used the morning, my hair everywhere.. add to this that one day they forget to put new towels, one day toilet paper....
The checkout was very very bad. An Egyptian non professional guy. I did the checkout in the evening to make fast this morning, yet they were not able to find the file, the proof that I have already paid... they finally did!!
Worse experience I have ever had in any hotel of the hole world. It goes without saying that I will never come back and never recommend it to any one.
