No water in room ussually hotel have 2 mineral water everyday,you must ask first..dont know if they give free or not,food also no variation they give saparate food for indonesia and others.and if you came at 9,food are empty for indonesia,but international guess still can have breakfast so it not conforting we indonesian ussually go to hotel with varian food as you service to others international guess ,room small no carpet, Note : dont separate indonesian food and others,we are ussually go to hotel,we know,and trip not cheap as well, Put at least 2 water in double room. If this two thing fix..i give 4

Great location to masjid ul nabawi Very un professional working staff. A staff knocked door loud at 3 am and then 3:20 am saying cab arrived to airport. We repeatedly told him clearly we have not booked taxi and we have one more stay. But he came back again disturbing sleep. I was with family and was feeling scared safety wise. When complained at reception in morning. They seemed fine that there would have been confusion. Which was shocking

Location of this hotel is amazing and this is my second visit , last year I visited same hotel with my family and allhumdulilah this year I booked it again . Because of location (2nd building near Gate no 316 bab Al Salam) i don't care about other facilities of this hotel. Allhumdulilah I didn't face any issue . Reception and other Staff is also good 👍

Just 30 seconds walking to alharam alnabawy. The hotel is always busy so try to book early. The room was not the best but it is ok as we spent most of the time in masgid arrasoul PBUH.
