Experience was very good. Staff was very friendly. House keeping services were also up to the mark. My mother got ill and the staff especially Areej helped us out. Will recommend this hotel to all

Very nice location and services this hotel is offering. Housekeeping is excellent. Redwan & Jahangir is a very nice guy and ensures cleanliness and making up room to its best.

I had good and bad experiences. So good first,
The reception people were very nice. The room service was great specially the guy jahangir. Very very nice.
What i did not like is the security. That is the reason of 4 starts. The security in red pants is not helpful at all. They need some training i guess. We were already inside the parking in front of the reception where for some reason security did not let us and the luggage down because he did not like the decision of the other security guy to let us in. He asked the driver to drive out. We had no option but to leave the taxi on the road with luggage and kids.
Aside from the security attitude, things were ok. If you are coming make sure to come in the morning and avoid prayer times as the roads might be closed during that time.

Great location, right in front of Haram. They have 6 towers. Elevator don't go to all rooms. The floors are like split level. We were on 17th and had about 13 steps to our room. Rooms were great.
