The hotel is good and rooms are quite spacious also the staff if well spoken and polite but during my nine days stay i faced issues with toiletries supply as it was not stocked in the room everyday also they provided only 2 liter of water for 4 people in the room the tea coffee kit was also not stocked back promptly even had to ask the staff to provide me with new towels after they took away the used one one of the biggest issue i faced was with the lift as i stayed in tower 3 the lift was slow and we had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes to get access to one.

Excellent hotel, everything is perfect. The varieties of food they served in there breakfast buffet was superb. The location of the hotel is also perfect
The staff and service here was superb! We enjoyed our stay in room number 1813 Special thanks to housekeeping staff adil zaman and Abdul mannan thanks to service

This is my second stay at Makkah Hotel and Towers. Simply amazing. The view, the distance and the convince par excellence. We stayed at room 51925 from 21-27 Aug 2022. Room service boy Irshad Ali like a craftsman really expert in his work. He looked after us like we were at home away from home. Five Star very well justified by all accounts.
