Avoid at All Costs - Disgusting Moldy Hotel!!
Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we walked into the room, we were greeted with a nauseating stench of mold and sewer that permeated the entire space. The restroom was covered in mold, a sight and smell that made it difficult to even step inside without feeling disgusted and unsafe.
The level of neglect and disregard for basic hygiene and cleanliness at this hotel is shocking. It's not just a matter of aesthetics; it's a health hazard. Breathing in the air felt dangerous, with the overpowering smell of mold assaulting our senses from the moment we entered.
It's appalling to think that a hotel like this is allowed to operate. If it were located in the USA, it would undoubtedly be shut down for the health and safety violations it blatantly flaunts.
I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. It's not worth sacrificing your health and well-being for a night's accommodation. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The location of the hotel is amazing. That’s about the only positive aspect of this hotel.
The pictures of the rooms are NOT accurate. The rooms are extremely dated and old. They look nothing like the pictures (or maybe they did 20 years ago). Notice you cannot find any pic of the washrooms. Maybe on purpose?… it is very old and dirty and I cannot imagine how this hotel can get its rating.
The checkin experience took us almost 2 hours despite arriving “off hours” close to midnight. There was only one person at the front desk. Another person was present but refused to step in and help his colleague, so too bad for the customers who have to wait.
The breakfast buffet was extremely disorganized, there were dirty cups and papers everywhere so we decided not to eat there and went to a neighboring hotel restaurant.
The hotel is located above a small mall, which has some food options and shops. This is convenient but makes access to the rooms all the more challenging since the elevators are not clearly identified. My dad got lost and took 4 different elevators before finally finding his room.
Overall I do not recommend this place until they do a full renovation.

Rooms with very bad quality and high prices (I don't know why?), delayed check in, my reservation was king size bed, I got twin bed room with very narrow (100cmW) single bed which was completely uncomfortable.
Room isolation was very poor.
Garage access was chargeable 5SR/hour!!
Breakfast was very poor with below the average food and service.
I don't think to stay in that hotel again.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel.
I don't often leave reviews,but this hotel is a catfish.
When I have expressed my concerns to the hotel they have stated there is nothing they can do. I feel the reviews here are not a true reflection of what this hotel offers.
The rooms are dated and dirty.
The shower gives either boiling hot or freezing cold water. Sometimes it would switch to very hot regardless of the setting- not great when you're already in the shower.
The handle came off in my 5 year old daughters hand so we were locked in until a family member opened it from outside.
The breakfast is of a very poor standard.
We had to manually pull the chain in the cistern to flush the toilet.
The room service workers do work hard but there's less staff for the amount of rooms they have to clean so we can go all day without the room getting made.
This hotel is more expensive than most- price does not reflect quality in this case.

Worst experience ever on my life. Upon arrival to the hotel to check in they said that they don't have a reservation for us and it was canceled they didn't want to do anything about it till we contacted booking. The agent from booking was very kind and helpful they requested them to accommodate our stay with same price same condition thing that they only kept the same price not the other prieroties we had in our original booking.
I do not recommend this hotel and does not deserve to be rated 5 star. They are really best hacker hotel ever they cancel your reservation in purpose to make you pay a different high price if you want a room.
