Friendly staff and spacious room. I stayed a for one week it was great experience, especially house cleaning staff has done perfectly job and was very being helpful.

The hotel is generally very good, not luxurious, but very cozy. The location is perfect in the heart of Riyadh. Food is generally good with sufficient varieties. Staff are very helpful and cheerful, they do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest. Especially Mr. Osama Mostafa at the restaurant, super attentive with beautiful smile and supportive attitude.

Disappointed in many ways. Housekeeping is done in a superficial way. Buffet didn’t look appealing at all. Some friendly staff I must say. English of some staff members need improvements, but is ok.
I’ve stayed quite a longtime and I must say that there was (almost) everyday something wrong or something was forgotten. The room was non smoking they said but had a disaster smell. Overal 5/10, wouldn’t recommend. Only positive thing is location however be prepared in the night there’s a lot of disturbing sound from motorbikes and cars..

I had the worst experience in this hotel! I have lost my diamond and gold necklaces while changing rooms. The management were not helpful at all and they couldn’t find my necklaces until this day. Very disappointed from the way they reacted to such case. I had to call the police to solve the problem.

I loved the rooms and the staff. I feel very good here. Since I stay in a room overlooking the main road, there is a lot of road noise at night. I just didn't like this situation. I guess nightlife never stops in this city. I am very surprised by this issue.
