We had pleasant stays at this property, and liked the extent of customer service - the staff will go out of the way to provide the best service and be super professional. The amenities are great. I would especially like to mention two names for their outstanding service, Mehdi, a public cleaning attendant, and Abdullah at the room. I was looking forward to more stays.

Very nice hotel, with great staff who are helpful and professional.
I forgot my wallet and passport in the safe, they called me after check-out and I picked them up later. This shows how caring and trustworthy they are.
Thank you for the great second stay :)

Nothing to complain here for sure. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, especially since the hotel made sure to adhere to all our requests such as a quiet room and early check-in as we were celebrating our anniversary in Joudyan. Housekeeping always ensured that the room was kept clean and also that water bottles were replenished. Front office staff and concierge were also very helpful to us and we are really grateful for all the assistance rendered to us! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!.
