The worst breakfast, lunch and dinner. Double standard meals between the Asian people and the Arabs. No dessert. The room is too small.

The receptionists حسن haussan is one of the best thing that the hotel have period . He’s friendly and nice .
The Hotel Management should give him a raise .

Real bad for Hajj. Small room, soooo narrow small elevator, need at least 1hour queue just for go to Nabawi and 1hour queue for back to room, unfriendly hotel staf, real bad wifi. Just the location is ok, near to Nabawi

Excellent ambiance, good house keeping service especially MR. Furqan is exceptional worker, he made my stay very pleasant. This hotel is ideally located and you can easily walk to masjid for each prayer.I would recommend this hotel. I am sure to book it again for next stay.
