The room is packed and lacks spaces, but I enjoy the bed and bathroom. Because the hotel is only to rest, while the main activity is mainly at Masjid Nabawi, it is enough. The food is good and they are never out of stock. Employees are doing hard work to ensure the service!

The hotel is near to Haram nearest gate 326.
The hotel reception is awesome, they have provided an electrifying service.
Room are too small, if you put the language then difficult to move.

Worth the price compared to other hotels. Hardly 5 to 7 mins walk to masjid. Close to ladies gate number 16. Facilities are quite decent. The staff is flexible on early check in (8:00 am ) and late check out (4:00 pm ) timings. Highly suggest to book with them

The reason I gave this place four 3 stars is because of the lack of service. Facilities were decent. But unfortunately a huge group from Indonesia came and they were smoking in the hallways, making noise etc. They also cooked some kind of dish for them which stunk up the lobby for our entire (2 days)stay and it was a stench. Abu Bakr the guest services guy was a delight. Hasan on the other hand was not he lied to us about bringing a weight machine for our luggage. He said he’d be back in an hour but instead left for the day when I called later to find out what happened. Anyway I wish this place would regulate what’s going on in the hallways and get a really good exhaust when they cook really smelly foods.

The worst breakfast, lunch and dinner. Double standard meals between the Asian people and the Arabs. No dessert. The room is too small.
