Jewar Al Saqefah Hotel

I have stayed here for 3 nights during May, 2023. It is near to haram gate, neat and clean, check-in check-out is very fast.

If there is 0 stars reveiw, I would gladly give it. After checking in, we stayed without hot water for 7 hours. 2 technicians came to the room and eventually said they can't fix it today wait till the morning! The reception guy made it look like they are doing me a favour by changing my room after 1 AM. I had to go into 3 different rooms with room service guy to check personally that the room has hot water!

I gave it two star because of the location only (its very near to haram) other wise the hotel is very poor and doesn't deserve 2 star hotel. Room and bathroom weren't cleaned properly and beds were not comfortable beside there was no chair to set inside the room or in the lobby. I wonder how could it classifieds a 4 star hotel ??

Worst place possible, Everything more or less. Absolutely worse, smelling entrance, reception to begin leads to damaged elevators. This is just a location that you pay for, and you can get a hundred times better hotels and facilities elsewhere. Begin with the room, was given a birdcage apparently for triple room. They didn't even bother to take our the 3rd bed and instead tuck it under our bed which had it pointed out and would hit your leg everytime. Requested to take it out but was ignored. The washroom is possibly worse, the shower head was broken so the water would randomly flow, the toilet bidet head didn't work 4/5 times u press it.. the sinks are completely damaged. My wife got hurt on her head in the sink and we called the reception and requesting for first aid kit and they simply replied, they didn't have it and couldn't bother anything else, I had to take her to the nearby hospital. I've stayed in a better 2* hotel than this filthy place that they charge abhorrent amount. We stayed for 3 nights with 3 rooms.. we didn't have a choice and tried to ignore it mostly because we were out of the hotel most of the time, busy in our prayers. Will never recommend unless you have no other choice.

Location is excellent, near to Nabawi mosque. Areas of improvement will be about room cleanliness - need major renovation, and also restaurant’s food taste I suggest Restaurant’s service team need to learn more from Balinese hospitality Room service and regular cleaning are not there More to 3 stars instead of 4 stars
