This property was absolutely amazing and the staff was exceptional in every way. The stay started with a warm greeting from the front desk staff who recognized and wished me a happy birthday and upgraded me to a beautiful junior suite, this was followed by a surprise birthday cake the next day to my room which made me feel amazing. The club lounge was also one of the nicest and well maintained that I have seen at a Marriott property, and I have seen quite a few. Also, the olive tree restaurant staff were just so vibrant, attentive, and kind.... There is something special about this property and the staff here. Jeddah Marriott should definitely be a property a anyone should consider for either solo, couple, family, or event stays.
My only regret is that I had not stayed here on my previous trips to Jeddah.

My first time visiting Saudi Arabia and had a lovely stay at the Marriott Jeddah. Beautiful decor, clean rooms and good breakfast. All the staff at the hotel were also very welcoming from front desk/reception to room service. Sheba was very kind and helpful during breakfasts. Highly recommend staying here.

I want to thank Fahad, the hotel receptionist, for his outstanding service. His warm smile, along with his kindness and assistance upon my arrival in the country, made me feel incredibly welcomed and supported. His hospitality truly enhanced my stay at the hotel. This is one of my best hotel experiences in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. I was amazed with this property and the details and the rooms are so clean, the breakfast area is a wow there are so many things in the breakfast buffet that you hardly can ever finish trying everything on the menu.
Aisa the breakfast area host was amazing.
The club lounge was again very amazing and there were so many options in the club lounge from Meat to vegetarian and condiments. I was extremely impressed.

Worst stay ever over more than 20 years in Saudi !!
No one is taking care of room cleaning every day and very poor response from hotel management against the issue .
Hope that the higher management should have immediate intervention to improve their services.
Ordering food in the room is one of the basest experiences where you need to wait for 45 minutes till delivery of simple stuff (salad, soup..burgers)

Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road has a softening opening five months ago. The hotel is based on two towers North and south towers. The South tower is only operational and the North tower is under maintenance. The reception is on the Mizaneen floor and the entrance of the hotel is only from mizaneen floor the ground floor entrance is closed. They have on lounge named M club lounge which is located on the mizaneen floor and still under maintenance and will take more than two months for completion and it will be only accessible for the Marriot Conway members. The Health and Spa is on the 1st floor and the hotel has only one outdoor swimming pool for males. The hotel has 1 refined restaurant named Olive Tree and a cafe on the mizaneen floor and an outdoor terrace named Olive tree Terrace which serves drinks, sandwiches, and Shisha.
