The stay was very comfortable. Shout out to Mr. Ebrahim, Housekeeping Supervisor who mended the only 1 thing in the room which needed to be replaced leading to guest delight. :-)

Hotel location is great, rooms are good and clean.
They really need to train their males staff better, they are not professional and not welcoming, while i was asking for changing the ironing table the receptionist was playing on his phone and called another guy to talk to me without even looking at me!, ironing table never arrived and they just dumped my request.
On the other hand female receptionists were great and very professional!

I celebrated my bday there last Feb 25 2024, im really love place its recommendable, i stay in room 817 and i find it so clean and big. There worker is so accommodating, i feel i welcomed there. I will book and back there soon
