Unprofessional phone serviced; I tried to get group quotation for my company, they didn’t know how or to whom to transfer the call , they kept switching the calls between them in receptionist level.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 days , had really good experience. The room style classic and beautiful , housekeeping service was good, the served food was good also . The products that is used as shampo , soap and cream are really good with relaxing smell . Would definitely recommend this cozy small hotel ??.

I’ve stayed with my family in 2 bed room suite for 3 nights
- the location is nice. Sari rode close to the mall and short drive to the beach . Nice area
- the hotel is small and quiet.
- their apartments are big . Furniture is very good, comfortable and new.
- room service is excellent super fast
- good breakfast buffet. Although menu same in 3 nights
- only cons are:
In the night parking entrance is crowded due to coffee shop downstairs .
The hotel entrance look so simple and small . As
A new comer, I didn’t like it when I arrived but after staying for couple of days I was satisfied overall

Ascott Sari Jeddah is located in the heart of Jeddah city in Al Salamah District and Facing the Sari Street. This straightforward apartment hotel in a commercial area is 6 km from AlShallal Theme Park, 11 km from King Fahd's Fountain and 25 km from King Abdulaziz International Airport.The warmly furnished studios and 1- to 2-bedroom apartments provide kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs and safes, in addition to living areas and Wi-Fi access. Amenities include an outdoor pool and a gym. Breakfast is served in an airy dining room.
when I visited in the end of May, 2022. The hotel consist of 6 floor as a total. They have only one outdoor swimming pool, No steam room, No massage room, No jacuzzi & No Sauna means No health Club except Gym & Swimming pool.
