Very delayed check in , receptionist will keep talking to other guests, without consideration to people standing in queue, in room service is horrible as the person who takes order not informative, don’t have power sockets in the right place to use hair dryer. Water doesn’t drain quickly in the bathroom. Overall customer service is poor

absolutely beautiful place.
its just perfect for a hotel. the lobby is bright with perfect daylight sun same goes when you are in the ground floor to the meeting rooms.
staff were kind and courteous. loved the place.

As BonVoy Platinum Elite, I stayed in many Marriott and Marriott affiliated hotels in the past. I consider this to be one of the best. The hotel is only 5 years old and was also renovated a little recently. The rooms are wonderful and state of the art. The bathrooms are lado delightful with both showers (both on the side and rain shower head) and a large bathtub. The Marriott Lounge for the Elit members is wonderful with snacks, coffee, and late lunch/early dinner buffet. But the best thing is the hotel staff. They are nice, kind and very helpful. This hotel deserves a 5-star rating. The pictures posted are of the Marriott Lounge. Jaylen, who is the Lounge attendant, is wonderful and very tentative to the guests

We had iftar at the olive tree restaurant.
The food was very well presented in a nice buffet area.
There was a Turkish lady prepared for us fresh gozleme.
The service polite and attentive.
There’s an open area where we found fresh made burgers and Shawerma.

By far the best Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in. Friendly and welcoming staff from the reception to housekeeping. I’m impressed of how well they are trained. The room is top-notch, clean, wide and spacious. It features a bathtub, king bed complete with everything you could ever need in a hotel room plus it has a view of the city. Toiletries and coffee and tea were refilled without asking to my surprise. That’s what I call above-and-beyond service. Amenities such as pool, spa and gym are available. A night wouldn’t be enough to stay here. It is a 5-star hotel for a reason and it would definitely complement the memorable experience one would have in Jeddah. Thank you!

Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road has a softening opening five months ago. The hotel is based on two towers North and south towers. The South tower is only operational and the North tower is under maintenance. The reception is on the Mizaneen floor and the entrance of the hotel is only from mizaneen floor the ground floor entrance is closed. They have on lounge named M club lounge which is located on the mizaneen floor and still under maintenance and will take more than two months for completion and it will be only accessible for the Marriot Conway members. The Health and Spa is on the 1st floor and the hotel has only one outdoor swimming pool for males. The hotel has 1 refined restaurant named Olive Tree and a cafe on the mizaneen floor and an outdoor terrace named Olive tree Terrace which serves drinks, sandwiches, and Shisha.
