Neat and clean room and spacious as well.
The receptionist is friendly and welcoming.
Parking at the basement not easy to access.

They said to check in at 3pm instead of 2pm due to lots of guests, and then to check out at 12pm but in our booking it says check out at 2pm. Food is only minimal serving. The toiletries is good for 1pax only. They did not provide crib as well. No utencils inside the room. Tv has only 3 local channels. The night receptionist was not accommodating and they lack of giving room orientation, directory to the staff. No free wifi. Its the guest who will lead their own way. Not a hospitable hotel. Im sorry. Disappointed too much
