Stayed here for some time for work. This hotel is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The services that are provided are exceptional. Wasim was a very helpful individual who went above and beyond to help load and unload equipment. Thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed in Grand Hyatt for 6 weeks in a row, and all the staff at breakfast pretty much feel like family now.
I highly recommend the breakfast here, with 10+ kinds of cheese, wonderful collection of fruits, (even lychee sometimes), and the best freshly made omelet in town. The bread selection is also great, ranging from western waffle and pancake to Middle eastern bread, to cakes.
All the waiters know that I need warm water before I ask for it, after I stay in the hotel for just 3 days. They all have good memory and are attentive to details :)
A special shout out to Ahmed Spehat, Aniket, April, Hannan, Milan, Bhim, Noor, Divina for a warm greeting every morning. My day starts with their smile before I go to work.

House keeping is good. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a great variety
Al Amin is my regular house keeper. He remembers all my needs on the towel, laundry bags and he observed that I use the cotton bud and gave extra in the bathroom. Very attentive
Breakfast staff is also very friendly. The Philipino and Indian and Bangladeshi waiters all know I drink warm water and gave it to me without me saying:)

Large room and nice bathroom. There are multiple elevators so you don't have to wait long. Breakfast is great and receptionists are helpful.
Parking spaces are plenty although it could be busy on weekends. Easy access from the main road and not too far from many places you would go in Khobar.

I stayed at the hotel previously, and the room and service were excellent. I previously tried the Asmahan restaurant in Ramadan, and it was also excellent, but what makes me write today is that I visited the hotel yesterday for spa services, and upon my arrival, Khaled greeted me at the valet parking where he remembered me, which made this visit special as if you were returning to your home .. Zainab also, thank you for your hospitality and your great services . Thank you Zainab I feel revived ✌?

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
