The dinner was truly amazing and memorable, and the service from Mr. Ahmed and the rest of the crew was exemplary. Mr. Aniket, the manager, did a fantastic job in overseeing the entire event. We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience we had.
Note : The dessert menu at the restaurant is one of the best I have ever tried. From classic cakes and pies to unique creations, they have a wide variety of desserts that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. The flavors are rich and the presentation is stunning. I would definitely recommend trying their various desserts.

OK I did not stay here but I did attend an all day business event in one of their conference halls. It was well managed though the experience could have been better. The lunch wasn't bad though.

One of the newest hotels in Khobar, with a nice style and a great location. However, unfortunately, their employees are unhappy which is reflected in the service. The front desk staff unprofessional, did not offer to help with the luggage and the restaurant staff was slow and unwelcoming.
I hope management works hard to improve the overall quality and works first on taking care of their employees.
I shared my experience with the front desk but no one followed up.

Every thing was fantastic and we were really looked after. I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff were loved the decorations for my special event , this is the perfect hotel for weekend getaway in Al Khobar , I enjoyed every moment there.
I would like to particularly say thank you to Ms. Haifa al Bagawi for her assistance and help during my stay from smooth check in & check out you made every detail perfect for us . We have left grand hyatt with some excellent memories and hope to stay there again in future.

Stayed here for some time for work. This hotel is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The services that are provided are exceptional. Wasim was a very helpful individual who went above and beyond to help load and unload equipment. Thanks for the hospitality.

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
