The positive side:
The hotel is new and nice. The executive suite is big and clean. The gym and swimming pool are very good. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is connected to Al Rashed mall. Complementary fruits and Arabic coffee.
The negative side:
The AC in the suite was not working well. The bed was not comfortable. The suite view that we had was very disappointing. The kids are not allowed in the executive lounge. The kids are not allowed in the swimming pool after 5pm !

Visited the new Rosalie Cafe on 1st floor twice now!
Love the beautiful ambiance & staff!
Delicious cakes & coffee.
Special mention to waitress Rachel & Manager, Sandier( spelling may not be correct, sorry)
And those amazing drinks! WOW! A must try is the “ Kate Perry” drink.
Look forward to visiting again soon!

Booked a suite there last month for a special occasion, the hotel and suites themselves were amazing, but our experience was one of the worst.
They asked for upfront full payment for the arrangements (roses and cake) in cash a day prior to our stay (Which cannot be done for someone who lives out of Khobar).
The arrangement was not done until 6 PM, and we had to postpone our check-in by 4 hours because of this.
The provided cake was for anniversary while I clearly mentioned that it is for Valentines day.
They have a great potential to be the best hotel in the eastern province, but they need to work it out.

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
