This is a wonderful hotel in khobar, very new and trendy rooms and furniture, amenities in bathroom are lesser than expected yet satisfactory for one night I stayed but needs enhancement, breakfast is wonderful in terms of quality and diversity of the food items.
Reception team was very nice to interact with and overall a good spot to recommend in khobar... However not close to beach and no optimal View to be expected.
We had a meeting in a meeting room, the buffet was good and the service was too.

Stayed here for four nights while attending a conference earlier this month. The room was beyond my expectation, same with the room service and bell hops (fetch a taxi for me while it was raining outside and a bunch of ppl were waiting for a ride to the airport). However, except for one gentleman, all the other staff at the front desk (locals, wearing ethnic dress) were very young and oozed the lack of training and experience. I am sure they all wants to extend warm welcome to the guests but the lack of proper training and the proverbial difference in culture surfaces frequently; the management needs to pay attention here. The food at Asmahan and all the catered meals served in the conference was great. Finally, the hotel is connected to the mall that has a number of stores and eateries for all budget. Overall, happy that the conference organizers picked this hotel and I know a place to stay for my future business trips.

Staying at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but offered a variety that satisfied every palate. The well-equipped gym made staying active a pleasure.
The room was a haven of comfort, and the attention from the management and staff truly elevated my stay. ((# Ahmed Sbehat#)) , the manager, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service.
The overall environment exuded sophistication and warmth, creating a memorable stay. Grand Hyatt Al Khobar has set a new standard for hospitality in my book. Looking forward to returning and relishing the excellence once again!

I loved my experience in the hotel. The hotel always smells nice, very wide entrance. The room is clean and wide. The cleaning team are professionals. Bed is average but everything else is extremely pleasing.
Their breakfast is tasty, fresh fruits, eggs station, variety of bread selection and cheese. I enjoyed the breakfast experience.
Most importantly their staff are very welcoming. I’m from UAE visiting for work related event, I asked Asalah and Haleemah at the reception about places to sell Saudi coffee, they did not only recommend me the places, they even brought me the best Arabic coffee and prepared me a fresh one ❤️. One of my best experiences in Grand Hayatt.

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
