Advance paid through 3rd party
Reserved and receiption said no reservation, awaited for more than 2 hours. The agent came with room key and checked in. There was no towels, small room, small bed, not comfortable
Very helpful concierge.
We paid high amount for these kind of room and service

Beautiful nice location, just one minute away from Haram entrance number 338. I could hear the Azan and everything from Haram in my room. Room service was not that great. Lifts were very slow as you have to wait which I knew when I booked. Food was average. To be honest No complaints at all as I knew where I’m gonna stay and what I’m getting . Bit expensive but who cares about money when you awake, you see the Gumbad E Khidhra( Green Dome) in front of you. Excellent view Masha Allah.
