Do not book this hotel unless you are a dwarf. Barely enough room to walk in the room.
I booked this hotel to stay last week through Agoda and ended up having to cancel and find alternative accommodation in Madinah.
The staff aren't particularly helpful and will tell you all rooms are small.
The location is brilliant as next to Haraam but the rooms in my opinion are not suitable unless you are a dwarf.

staff not friendly except receptionist turky he is helpful not clean very very small bed. I think the smallest bed they can get with uncomfortable sleep. the breakfast is okay not the lunch close to the Haram. everyone one person over there where a suit in the reception he think he owned the chair he sit on it. angry person should not work with a customer service. I couldn't find available room in a different hotels.

Location wise : This is the perfect hotel for ladies as it is very close to gate 338, door 25 for nisa entrance and raudah (door 37)
But the hotel itself is very basic & SUPER COMPACT. Do not book this hotel if you have more than 3 person to stay in because it is very small. No space for luggage! The bathroom also very small.
The food provided at the dining hall was so-so. Beware of Indonesian pilgrims, they will rob your seat and cut ques.

Its just a room with bed. Sheets will not be changed daily. Room will not be cleaned daily. Reception if you call they will just say ok ok. Water flooded washroom...very difficult place if cleaness for attending haram is a concern for you.
