stay here on last week of ramadhan till eid on year 2022. Very good hotel in terms of distance with Rawdah. Hotel is infront of gate 338 (door 25). Lucky as got room with Rasulullah SAW maqam view but room not spacious enough for more than 3 pax stay. 3 pax in room just nice ?

Very bad experience. They gave us a disability Room. When asked the staff to change it, they didn’t respond me. English is also a problem for the people on reception. Only good thing is the location

Except for its location which you can give 10 out of ten, you will have the worst service for your money.
Rooms are extremely small compared to other hotels.
Reception will attend your calls once in blue moon.
They are not replenishing the guest ameneties even if you request.
WiFi is extremely slow ( when I checked it was 2.53 mbps)
Overall, very poor hotel for the money they are charging.
Doesn't deserve more than one star.
