One of the best location near to Masjid Nabawi (gate 338).
Need to improve room service and iftar/sahur menus also.
May Allah invites us to Makkah and Madinah every year. Aamiin.

The location is excellent. Bengali staff members are really nice and helpful.
The reservation manager Islam and Khaled was also nice and accommodating.
Other than that nothing is good at all.
The worst part was room size and quality, extremely noisy. Only 2 operational lifts for several floors.
Receptionist called Bady was one of the worst person I have met in whole Saudi Arabia. 🇸🇦
Doesnt have manner of how to speak and treats majority of non-arab guests really bad.
Extremely uncomfortable room
I was paying SAR1,150 per night for that below average hotel and I will always regrets that sheer wastage of my money.
The receptionist Bady who dealed with me on my first day was extremely rude and literally told me to pick my luggage and take it to room myself.
I dont know his name but he made my stay even more miserable.
For two days the lock was not working at all,
No one gave us water / other necessities after first day.
First day we arrived at 1230 but were only able to get the keys around 5 PM.

The only outstanding feature of this hotel is its location. One of the closest hotels to the prophet's mosque, especially for ladies. Rooms and bathrooms are small, the buffet is nothing great. Elevators are crowded and sometimes it can take more than 15 minutes to get on one.

Bed is very nice, location is PERFECT. But no WiFi in bedroom so my roaming data is finished!! I am constantly hearing the elevator bell and the windows are not sound proofed so I can hear all the children outside playing. They did not clean my bathroom floor because look at what I found... DISGUSTING. Overall I am happy because it was just 1 night stay.

after reading the reviews, I was expecting this hotel to be below average.
But it was quite the opposite,
I rate this 5 stars.
From being a minute walk away from Masjid Al Haram to small and cozy rooms.
The washrooms are small but organized spaciously,
The pricing is also not bad.
Its worth trying.
