It was beyond the expectations and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel cleanliness and the amenities were great. There is a bus shuttle service available and after every 15,20 minutes you get a bus that takes you close to Haram. I stayed with my family and I loved the place.

Nice hotel but service standards are not as of 5 star hotel. Infact in Saudi Arabia the overall hotel industry is lacking the service standards and not bothering for guests since they know that people have to come to holy places whatever the service standards. Saudi authorities are also not bothering to check and maintain the quality.

I would like to start with the cons to help people make a decision prior then the pros. If you book through an app, you will not be able to make changes and you may be referred to contact the app while you are tired and just want to crush after 24 hrs of flying. As much as friendly the stuff is, they cannot go against their management. They won't bend the rules. This is a new great hotel in terms of cleanliness amenities and thoughtfulness. If you are expecting herds of people to check in at a certain time, don't you think you should have more people at the front desk? How about cross training your stuff for busy times? This is a poorly managed hotel. I like it and I hope they can survive the low seasons. Now the highlight of this hotel! I know the industry standards won't qualify this restaurant as a 5 star, but the food is amazing. You would not find this quality outside this hotel in local restaurants. Very organized, the decor, the atmosphere, the freshness. the presentation, the design, we were blown! To top off, the hostess whom I thought she was the manager, she was going around tables taking a survey about our experiences??? Seriously am I dreaming? Our we in the Middle East? Very professional lady, intellectual with great cultural background. I could not find anything to complain about in this restaurant. Well managed! Kudos to the great Egyptian cooks who did not influence the menu in an Egyptian way and made it diverse to be palatable to the masses. If I come back again, know the food dragged me back :) Tried to upload photos but somehow won't post. Will try later!

Everything was beyond expectations for us👍🏻 Our reservation starts from 16:00 but the reception helped us to get a room at 10:30 and it was really nice. The rooms were clean and smells nice. The people were very friendly and polite. The hotel offers shuttle buses and you can go walking to Alharam walking, it takes less than 30 minutes. There are two restaurants in the hotel and you can order from other restaurants too. The prices are very reasonable for us. It won’t be a first time 👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed there, a bit far but manageable by taxi, we lost our baby stroller due to one of their staff but the way they kept in touch and sent money to compensate shows their exceptional commitment to their guests. The guy named Anas was so helpful. 5 star to their customer service.
