This very good hotel when you compare other makkah hotels. The room is also clean, but the cupboards and the corner of the bed are not clean. But it was 10 min walk to the haram masjid. Their staff is poor communication with us. Every one hour their giving transportation for haram in this hotel they have masjid room, restaurant, parking etc. But there are no one working their restaurant. And highly recommend for this place when comapre with hotels.

To be honest when I read the reviews of this hotel I had a different image in my head. But my stay proved the reviews wrong. It was a lovely hotel. House keeping were 5 ⭐️. Always helpful, gave everything i needed. Cleaned the room when I asked. Like I said housekeeping were just GREAT. The location of the hotel was in the BEST place. Everything in my convenience and the best thing was that it was just a 10min walk to haram shareef. I will give it 5/5

I'm so disappointed with this hotel. For some reason they wouldn't accept my prepayment and so I contacted the manager who agreed that I could pay on the day.
When I reached the hotel, the manager said that he had given my rooms away. He wasn't understanding my situation. I had an infant, child and elderly in my family group. Alhamdulillah I managed to find a hotel that was more suitable for my circumstances but I will never book this hotel again.

Stayed for a few days. Two buildings of the hotel look nice. There are many hotels nearer to masjid haram than it but it is not too far. Bathroom was poor and not maintained well. Room was average. The worst part was service. Right from checking in to leaving good service was lacking. You could not find anyone to fix a problem. Even though breakfast was included in package, it was denied on one occasion and had to bring documents to prove it. Things were generally even more difficult for us because it was hard to find someone who could communicate in English.

Nice hotel, far from Al Haram about a kilometer and walking for about 10 mins depending on your speed, located in the cozy street Ibrahim Al Khalil.
Room service is not so good, you have to ask it yourself for many times and to keep following.
Housekeepers themselves are very decent and very helpful, try to access them directly in your floor.
Rooms are clean but not carpeted.
In general I enjoyed the stay.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel.
Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
