The location is somewhat close to the Prophet's Mosque but it's in the front side of the mosque, which means that when going to the mosque for prayer, you will have to walk around to the back or else you will be praying in front of the Imam. The staff lack professionalism and honesty; they promised to refund the remaining amount, and I have been waiting for five months now. It's unfortunate to have such an experience in a holy place. A terrible experience that does not befit a renowned brand like Crowne Plaza.

My family and I had our stay here for 2 days as our flight was delayed. The first night was great, We had a great dinner and full of choices we can take from the buffet. However, the day afterwards, our eating venue has been separate to other place and the buffet didn't have many choices. 🙃 The buns are limited, and so do the main dish as most of the time only have one or sometimes two options to choose from. For the room, it's not so big but it's clean, however i noticed that the the bathroom only had one drainage and when we took bath, the water on the floor are static and only the water around the drainage hole are getting down very slowly. We need to call the housekeeping to push the water to the drainage. Additionally, during the checkout, the bell boy didn't even bother to pick-up our huge luggage and we need to bring it down ourselves as the bus to go to airport are already waiting and our luggage still in front of the door.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room wasn't too big but it was clean. The room I was in the Aircon wasn't working and the kettle did not work. However upon calling house keeping they sorted this out straight away! Only 7 mins walk to the main mosque, so very close. Staff were great, overall pleasant stay.

This place has scammed me for more than 5,700 SAR. They said they will refund me and they have not done so despite that it has been over 3 months and me calling them repeatedly.
Be careful the staff are very unprofessional. The hotel manager himself told me it is not his problem and blamed it on his staff.

Many thanks to Mr. Ahmed Jari, the restaurant supervisor. He was very cheerful and well-mannered, his service was excellent, and his team was very cooperative, and this indicates the leader’s good behavior. The breakfast was very excellent and thanks to the department director for all his efforts to provide employees of this wonderful level
