Stayed here for 2 nights. The room wasn't too big but it was clean. The room I was in the Aircon wasn't working and the kettle did not work. However upon calling house keeping they sorted this out straight away! Only 7 mins walk to the main mosque, so very close. Staff were great, overall pleasant stay.

This place has scammed me for more than 5,700 SAR. They said they will refund me and they have not done so despite that it has been over 3 months and me calling them repeatedly. Be careful the staff are very unprofessional. The hotel manager himself told me it is not his problem and blamed it on his staff.

He was very cheerful and well-mannered, his service was excellent, and his team was very cooperative, and this indicates the leader’s good behavior. The breakfast was very excellent and thanks to the department director for all his efforts to provide employees of this wonderful level

While the selection is impressive, adding ice cream would enhance the overall experience. Thursdays are especially enjoyable for seafood lovers, making it ideal to book your stay on this day. The friendly and always-smiling manager, Chedli, adds to the positive atmosphere, making the overall experience enjoyable.
