Great service at the restaurant especially Naushad, thanks for your great hospitality.
The rooms are clean although a bit small. The meeting rooms are quiet and located away from any noises. The employees at the reception are very friendly and helpful. All together it was a great experience.

The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Service is great, but the entire hotel needs a massive and proper renovation. Breakfast also lacks flavor and can be improved for the price one pays for it.

Stayed here during the Red Sea International Film Festival in December of 2022 and 2023. The rooms and service were very good. The breakfast was a huge buffet and the waiters were very attentive including Naushad and the entire team in the restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Crowne plaza, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The impeccable service provided by the staff was unparalleled – from the moment I stepped in, I felt like a VIP. The attentive waiters in the hotel's restaurant made dining an absolute delight, ensuring a memorable experience with their prompt service and excellent knowledge of the menu.
The attention to detail extended to the cleanliness of the room, where every corner exuded pristine perfection. Housekeeping staff maintained a standard of hygiene that reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. The availability and professionalism of the hotel personnel further added to the overall splendid stay, making it an epitome of luxury and hospitality.

Overall this is a decent hotel choice. The club lounge is nice and the service staff is good. We stayed in a junior suite but the bathroom needs to be updated and is quite small and tight relative to the size of the room. The step into the shower/bathtub is also too high and a bit awkward. The living room area is dull, needs some additional color or flowers to brighten it up.
