Andalus Habitat Hotel

Very nice place to come to relax with family. With a nice pool for the kids. Not many variety of food for the breakfast. You don't have taxi there. You need to use Uber to go to shopping mall.

Location is fine. Room is good. The size and all. Netflix is available. Only 2 beds for 3 person room. No extra bed/mattress was given. Roof of the washroom started leaking and water started coming out in the room. We had to suffer for 1 and a half hour because of that but no compensation or apology was given. Staff is rude, not welcoming at all. No butter, egg station in breakfast. Lack of staff in the breakfast lounge. Manager wasn’t available in the hotel till 12:30pm.

Extremely happy with my stay in Andalus Habitat. I rented a room for four persons and the room was actually a fully equipped appartment with: - 1 big living room with three extremely confortable excellent quality sofas that I would love to have home, a work desk and a tv station made of fine wood quality - 1 big stylish dining table with chairs for 8 people made of fine wood quality. - 1 fully equipped American style kitchen and a family size fridge, and a washing machine /dryer. - 1 room with a king size bed and its private bathroom -1 room with two single beds and its private bathroom -1 wc for the guests. The hotel a nice family oriented pool area The morning breakfast is extremely delicious. The hotel is close to a commercial area within walking distance which has a lot of cafés, a food shopping store, restaurants, and a bowling arena. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, clean and safe. Each time I vist Jiddah with my family, this hotel will be my first choice. Many thank to the staff for there kindness and hospitality. For me this hotel competes with the 5 star hotels in Makkah or Madinah.

Pros- Spacious space and complete facilities. Good service. Cons- Our room have unpleasant smell and I noticed a humidity on all surfaces of the room. The placement of shower and the socket for hair dryer somehow is not safe. The floor is actually dirty as well as the carpet. It requires detail maintenance.

the rooms were very nice and felt like flats, and the owner/employees were very very kind and hospitable. My critiques is that room service takes a long time to get your food ready and the location is a little bit peculiar but this place is really amazing.
