Lounge food and coffee are way below the standard it used to be, not even a decent quality. The place and atmosphere used to be classier than this and the food used to be way better in all aspects presentation, taste, options are limited as well.
Waitresses does not fully comprehend what’s ordered from them and it takes long time for them to get back to you.
Sea view booths became limited as one of them have turned into an outdoor kitchen, similar to Kanz Obhur, but the prices are still the same honestly never again what a shame.

The hotel has different halls inside and open air.

The hotel itself is so clean and luxurious, but sadly, the staff are so extremely rude!
Although I visited tens of hotels in more than 10 cities worldwide, never met somebody who was taking a pride in "calling the policemen for other guests!"
Completely unacceptable manners from their staff.
Will never consider visiting this hotel again 👎

I came in here for a dinner. Everything was perfect. We ordered espresso and cappuccino. Date cake, pecan cake.
I enjoy the view in LOUNGE TERAS.
The only thing that would make difference is the service was a bit slow and I had to point to two or three waiters till one of them picked up my orders.

Overall, it was amazing,
But they have very strange check out, the lady asked me if I have consumed anything from minibar, I answered NO!
But she asked me to wait and called someone and asked him to go and check the minibar 🙄
