I have stayed here many times, but this time I was disappointed because:
The room wooden floors are cracked with many holes, cabinets and other furniture is way below good condition, broken kitchen cabinets, smelly rooms, cigarette smell all over the floor, flys are all around, windows are leaking air and doesn’t reduce the outside noise, toilets towels are aging, sofas are filthy.
I wish boudl will go back to it’s high standard of quality hotel.

Disgusting and Very dirty to be occupied by a human-been. The self confident they have is exceptional though?. Be careful before wasting your money. I took some pictures and did a check out immediately.

The rooms are great. Qasr mall is right next door but it is further away from Riyadh Seasons.

Good place to enjoy family trip on riaydh saudia arabia. The room size was great all kitchen facilities were available. Breakfast with different varieties and continuous refill

Super clean
The room is nice and tidy
Service is really good
Parking area is adequate but it's a bit tight to get around in there
If you're looking for a nice clean place then this hotel is just right
