Our experience was very bad.
Room is spacious. Hot water was limited.. was getting it only for 20 mins, so it wasn't enough for family. They don't even have bread toaster for breakfast. When asked for toaster, the guys from hotel shown me microwave. Overall, I was not at all Happy and will not recommend this place.

We liked this hotel
Shozib was a fantastic service leader and did a great job throughout our stay.
Very nice hotel, lovely decor. But room service was very poor.

It's good overall but it's pricy for what you get. The rooms al alright with some flaws, especially that i got a no window room. I would only recommend it if you have business at that area of Riyadh where you need to live near it.
The staff though was really friendly and that's a really positive thing about it

Good hotel as as usual as 4 star hotel:
- Two room with hall are big with good space.
- Nice Lobby. And enough car Parking
- Kind and good staff.
But some point worth to mention as:
- swimming pool cold and without temperature control.
- Room Service very poor response and reception without power on them. Only have to escalate to management to solve some issues.
- Cleaning room not by default and you have to request it each day.
- On crowded street and windows not that sound isolation.
- AC control of one room and hall together. And one of them cooling more than other.

Not recommended if you expect international standards. Centrally located, but traffic is a nightmare. Cannot order room service. No menu like other Al Hayat and in-room dining does not understand English. Don't expect your room to be cleaned, even if you only request this once every 3 days.
Room smells of sewerage when the bath is used and bathroom door left ajar. Being located near the service lift means endless noise and movement right outside your room door.
