We asked for twin bed, got a double with king size bed!! When we asked to changed we got told the hotel was full so noway we could get a twin. At no time did we see a full restaurant!!! So 1 of us slept on a camp bed.... for 3 nights!!! Not a brilliant experience. On the positive side the pancakes at breakfast were very good.

Arrived late evening booked hotel a month in advance. Hotel room given where they have ac generators on wall outside the window for the hotel all night could hear the noise and couldn't get to sleep. Called reception spoke to Ibrahim who said he will call back in 5 min no call was received called again another colleague answered who said he's on phone still no call back after hour went to reception who advised they are fully booked . Room 314 even next to cleaner room you can here people day and night occasionally. I would not recommend this hotel at any point . They will say free upgared you will give a big tip what wouldn't make any difference to them sweet talkers to get anyth8ng from you . Will never come again here.

Great location decent rooms and breakfast... they missed twice wake up call 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽

Good experience, the rooms are good. I have booked a standard room and upgraded into junior suite. The receptionist Ibrahim is very good person and helpful.
