Very recommended, indeed the carpet have some stains, but its very clean, also the room is large and cheap. Specially brother Yunus the housekeeper at 8th floor, he is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that so many pilgrims are using buses, so you might have to plan when will you go back to hotel using bus.

Shuttle Service is very bad. Hotel pilgrims needs to await minimum 30 to 60 minutes. Not recommended to hire this hotel for weekend. Weekdays are fine.
Location is close to Haram but due to height from haram towards hotel is very high so it’s very very tough for pilgrims to come by walk and it’s very hard to get taxi after prayers.

Save your money! Go elsewhere!
Dirty, shuttle service is BAD! Really bad. Fill beyond capacity, you have to keep looking for your bus in a very crowded busy area.
Customer service is lower than low. Can’t provide anything. Won’t even change the towels until 2 days. Asked them to change towels and refused. WTer is only first day. Small bottles. Nasty attitude overall. Would’ne recommend to your worst enemy. The carpet stains are out of this world. Bathroom falling apart. Bathroom has piss stains. Astaghfiro Alllah. You come to a holy place and this is what you’re met with. How do they have 4 stars I’ll never understand. A rip off

The room is ok .. first day provided water after that no more !!! For one day only as per said !!!
The service is bad. When asking something no one do anything…
There is no Wi-Fi, even though it's listed as a feature. Better to remove internet and free Wi-Fi from the facility… as they said we have to sit in front of door between roams to get signal ??? which no words to use …
The safe box isn't working, and maintenance checked it but didn't replace it.
Honestly, I don't recommend it, first and last time …

Imagine the worst hotel you have seen ever..this is worse. Carpets are full of hair and stained. Curtains are stained. Hair clogged under door. Shower cracked. Its disgusting. I would love to know who is giving 4/5 star reviews because it is nonsense. The worst hotel i have ever been in. In the UK, this would never be allowed. P.s.
Of course it is non refundable because they would never make money otherwise. In a place like Makkah we expect honesty, integrity and morals. There is none of that here. We left as soon as we got in. Reception acted concerned and as soon as we said it was already paid, they basically said oh well, its done. Do not book. We will be sharing more info about this disaster of a hotel soon. Imagine ruining peoples Umrah? Laughable. I see all the responses below are of a standard copy and paste nature to make it look like they care but once you are here and the money is with them they don’t care. They have said so themselves

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
