I booked 4 nights with my family and it’s was an excellent experience, buses
are available every 15 minutes
I highly recommend to book with them also their prices was very suitable.
Special thanks for Mr. Abdulrahim - accountant dept, who did a great favours for me and family to upgrade my room to a suite for hall residence

Great service the waiter Mamun was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent hospitality. Overall its amazing, the view from the restaurant, the buffet service and the hotel is in great location the free shuttle service is great. They drop you closer to the Haram

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing time! The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. The family-friendly atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience for everyone. We particularly loved. Overall, a memorable and delightful stay for our family. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is a good value for money. Booked from their official website. They allowed early checkin ànd everything was ready. Beds and room and washroom are clean. The reception staff is very polite and helping always dealing with smile. The bus service need improvement they have 2 buses one stands at one side unfortunately one of the bus got accident during our stay. Had to take taxi twice during 5 days stay due to unavailability of bus. A small grocery store inside hotel is available. Lifts are good and easily available.

This is not the first time, this is the second time and joined with my family, we are so happy from the respectful and professional way from all staff, very nice people especially one of house keeping called Kawthar insist to support even after his duty time , transportation to ElHaram Make my trip soooo easy
