Greetings,
Stayed there for 3 nights, pretty nice place.. Guess it is new since I saw plastic coverings on some doors within the mezzanine floor.. However, general impression is positive, pretty nice GYM, swimming pool, and Restaurent.. mentioning the Restaurent, they have a nice outdoor yard which is pretty comfortable, remember one of the guys from the Restaurent his name is Alam Shah asked me to mention him on the review, I didn't really mind mentioning him coz he is pretty nice and deserve to be mentioned.. Anyways, generally was a peaceful short stay.. thank you 🙏🏾

- Receptionist was annoying, asked a lot of questions and check in took a long time.
- Rooms need a renovation
- Card keys got deactivated multiple times
I would give it 4 stars if the service was better.

My stay at Awfad Hotel Riyadh was a mixed bag. The staff were undeniably friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, heavily leaning towards Indian flavors and occasionally featuring stale bread, which might not cater to everyone’s tastes. Additionally, there were instances when the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, presumably from the drainage system. The internet speed was also insufficient for video calls, posing a significant inconvenience. Considering these aspects, the value for the price paid did not fully meet expectations.

I liked everything here and the staff is so helpful and they do their best to provide you with the best service.
Only I wish the windows in the room could be opened for a fresh air. 💔

It’s okay, but try to have a room without an inside door as you can hear everything on the next door, very thin walls as if you’re sitting together.
