The hotel is very clean and pleasant, makes you feel like you are the first person who stayed in that room. The evening bouffet food was also quite good. I did not eat any other meals in the hotel so I cannot comment.
Service was pleasant and attentive, there is a special brand of Saudi warmth and hospitality that you get to the fullest in this hotel.
Two issues - the internet was so slow that it was practically unusable. Also, the water temperature was very high in the shower - I turned it all the way to cold and it was still hot - and variable, I could not take one shower where the temperature stayed constant.
By all means stay here if you are on vacation but if you have to work and use the Internet, forget about it.

I had bad experience where the room was extremely noisy. I checked in around 11 PM after long exhausting day. There was continued loud noise coming out from AC and outside. I reported such to the receptionist next day where they promised to change the room location. However, I decided to change the hotel. The staff seemed to be aware about the noise where they shouldn’t accommodate any gusts in it or at least they inform the gust ahead of time.

Overpriced Hotel, Not the best place in terms of Hygiene, Would stay elsewhere if I found. However, Great staff support and customer service- Special thanks to Mr. Abdelaziz from the reception desk.

Good hotel,, good service nice pool but I don't like only the internet always weak I didn't enjoi to using the internet because always no internet access and to slow connection
